description: On Tuesday 21 May the Leeds branch of the Council of Christians and Jews (CCJ)has arranged an outing to Lincoln. There will be a tour of sites of interest to the history of the Medieval Jews in that city. This will include “the Jew’s house” and synagogue, the Jew’s Court, items of interest in the Cathedral and medieval Jewish Lincoln. The outing is open to all and will leave Leeds at 9.30am and return at 5.30pm. The cost will be £22 which will include the £6 charge for entry into the Cathedral. Lunch is not included but there will be the opportunity to visit a vegetarian restaurant in the city. Booking is essential and for further details and to book contact Jocelyn Brooks.
